My name is Matt Larsen and I have experience with many kinds of real estate transactions. I have a background in business and several years of experience doing business, business development, marketing and negotiating contracts. I am a licensed real estate broker in California and represent both buyers and sellers of residential property, residential income property, commercial buildings, lots and land or the sale of a business. In 2004 I founded a real estate group named Team Enterprise in order to help facilitate volume and client needs from A to Z. There is no transaction , large or small, that we can't handle. Team Enterprise also helps clients with relocation to or from the Bay Area.

I have a previous background in the restaurant and hospitality industry with extensive experience in management and business. I worked my way through college as a server and bartender in many bay area restaurants eventually ending up in the down town San Francisco fine dining scene. At this point in my life, I was only tending bar in some very upscale and posh restaurants including Aqua, Redwood Park, and Chaya. After opening several businesses for others, I knew I wanted to have my own business and started my first company in 1999 named Golden Bay Products. I am part of two other companies today and really enjoy taking good ideas and turning them into reality.
Even though I had been involved with management and opened several businesses by now, I was forced to become familiar with the business world from a new perspective. THE GROUND UP! I have first hand experience negotiating business deals and handling transactions on many levels. I believe that there are always new and creative ideas to be explored and have used this philosophy many times to get the impossible deal done.
I create and maintain business relationships with most of my clients and LOVE REFERRALS. I have handled all types of real estate transactions and successfully retain a satisfied client base.
